Following the great success of last years programme, Peer Networks has been relaunched!

Participant Martyn Lomax, MD of Humanoid Productions Ltd said:
“I joined Peer Networks with no real expectations. As the program went forward the group’s wealth of experience and knowledge became apparent. This allowed for valuable shared business discussions around common challenges we all face, backed up by some great anecdotal experiences, and tangible advice and solutions. It acted as a great sounding board which has informed some of our own business decisions. I will definitely have contact down the line with my cohort peers which will I suspect develop into long term business relationships. I recommend this type of active/peer learning approach to all business owners”

From finance and HR to sales, marketing and more, our expert facilitators give you the flexibility to create a trusted support network that works for you, helping you to build and strengthen your business and improve its overall performance.

Peer Networks creates diverse cohort groups of individuals to collaboratively work through common business issues. Through interactive action learning, we enable you to discuss your own challenges, gain and reflect on valuable feedback and implement practical solutions to overcome them.

The aim of this fully funded programme is to connect top industry leaders from across the county and address the ongoing business challenges brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic, to support the region’s business landscape and drive economic prosperity.

Not only will participants benefit from an invaluable peer to peer networking system to share ideas, solutions and support, they will also have access to 3.5 hours of 1:1 tailored mentorship from experienced consultants to help guide and implement the discoveries made.

The programme is available to SME’s that have operated for at least one year, have a minimum of 5 employees and have an annual turnover of at least £100,000.

This is a fully funded programme. All that we ask from you is a commitment of 21.5 hours to complete 6 virtual networking sessions and 3.5 hours for your 1:1 mentoring.

Alex Podesta – MD, Central Fasteners (Staffs)

‘’I originally joined Peer Networks to network with other businesses with a view to make new connections. However, not only did we make new connections, I learned about new topics and gained insight into how other businesses operate along with their expectations alongside learning more about grants, financing business, and that we all shared similar experiences with staffing issues. Peer Networks is a good way of making new business owner acquaintances so that you have a group of people who you could lean on when needed’’

Martin Lennon – MD, ELM Group

“Peer Networks enabled us to take time out to consider how we operate our businesses, what are the challenges we face, and then seeing how others have addressed these is always a beneficial process. The Peer Networks programme helps create a space with likeminded business leaders to discuss issues that you want to discuss. It is an interesting process with some new friends made along the way.’’

Rob Fisher – MD, Strategi Solutions Group

‘’I joined Peer Networks as it was a great opportunity to network with other business leaders to discuss ongoing challenges, particularly in light of the pandemic. The structured process allowed the network to deep dive into issues and to discuss ideas in a confidential environment. I found it rewarding both personally and professionally. I would highly recommend others to engage in this programme with future cohorts’’
