Understanding how people tick and why they behave in a certain way is at the heart of building a cohesive workforce and a strong business. DiSC is a people reading tool that will enable you to understand your behavioural style; motivators, and stressors and those of others to build cohesive relationships and teams. This interactive workshop will provide an in-depth over view of the DiSC model and explore personality and behavioural differences in the workplace and explain why understanding behaviour and personality differences and developing ‘people’ skills improves performance and is a competitive advantage in this fast moving digital age.
