Serco currently manage the Inspiring Families programme on behalf of DWP (funded by ESF) in 10 boroughs of North and East London supporting local residents to access sustainable job opportunities. They also deliver £60 million of ESFA / devolved authority skills funding through a network of 57 providers of which 88% are Micro or SME businesses.
Serco Employment, Skills and Enterprise are intending to tender for the DWP Commercial Agreement for the Provision of Employment and Health Related Services (CAEHRS) Framework Opportunity.
They would like to engage a diverse network of organisations, of both large and small niche providers, with a proven track record of delivering employability and skills support with evidence of innovative, local delivery and performance against contractual targets; and established stakeholder and employer relationships.
In order for SERCO to identify suitable partners to work alongside them, please complete this brief Expression of Interest. It should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete. The answers you provide will help Serco to confirm your interest in working with them and confirm your suitability once the call off contracts are published.
