This free event, funded by Staffordshire County Council and supported by Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce, focuses on hints and tips for digital marketing, as well as support that can make a real difference to inspire, support and sustain ambitious entrepreneurs and businesses in Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough.
Digital marketing expert Kirsty Nelms, director of Peacock Digital Marketing with give a 45-minute presentation called Easy-peasy Social Media Planning, covering how to identify your target audience and create buyer personas, an overview of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn), content creation strategies including short-form video, handling negative comments, and practical guidance on scheduling tools and content calendars, and more.
