The Office of the Small Business Commissioner (SBC) is an independent public body appointed by the government under the Enterprise Act 2016 to tackle late payment and poor payment practice in the private sector of the UK.
Join us where Jodie Jones from the office of the Small Business Commissioner will discuss the top tips and what you can do when businesses fail to pay.
The SBC is impartial, free to use and independent, but appointed by government.
To date the Small Business Commissioner has been able to retrieve £5.5 million in late payments for small businesses.
