As the second workshop of a three part Customer focused series delivered by Michelle Spaul, Delta Swan, we continue with the ‘Voice of the Customer Masterclass’.
Throughout this workshop Michelle will help business leaders listen to their customers and take on their feedback. Working with them to interpret customer feedback both positive and negative, how to respond to negative feedback and understand the value of the customer voice, Michelle will then help them to plan any identified improvements to improve their products, services and touchpoints.
All masterclasses are interactive and participants will leave with a committed action plan to better understand customers and gain their loyalty.
