Growth Programme: Clarity & Sustainable Momentum (Workshop 2)

Growth Programme: Clarity & Sustainable Momentum (Workshop 2)

March 12, 2026
The Deer Park, Burton
9:30am - 3:30pm
Workshop 2 of 2. This programme creates space to step back, see what drives progress and focus on what matters next.

Across two practical workshops (26th February and 12th March 2026), you’ll sharpen your understanding of your highest-value customers and the problem you solve for them, clarify the priorities that matter most over the next 12 months and explore where your business model is strong, fragile or over-dependent on you. You’ll examine your delivery processes, team capacity and operational bottlenecks, with simple tools to improve consistency and reduce the pressure on the founder.

Through a mix of short inputs, guided exercises and small-group work, you’ll apply insights directly to your business. By the end, you’ll leave with clearer strategic direction, greater operational focus, improved confidence in your financial visibility and a realistic 90-day plan to maintain momentum. The aim is to help you make decisions with more clarity, improve how your business runs day-to-day and strengthen your confidence to grow with intention rather than intensity.

In order to participate, you will be asked to complete a baseline business growth capacity assessment and have a short 15 minute call with the team. This will ensure the workshops respond directly to the realities and pressures that the group is experiencing.
