This Leadership and Management workshop is a two-hour online session focusing on providing guidance and establishing strategies to improve skills and knowledge in leading and managing effectively.

5. Conflict Resolution and Decision-Making (30 minutes)

Focusing on practical approaches to resolving conflicts in the workplace, and effective decision-making frameworks.

6. Change Management (20 minutes)

Understanding the dynamics of change in organisations and leading teams through periods of change, planned or unplanned.

7. Performance Management (15 minutes)

The final segment: Setting clear expectations and goals for team members and providing constructive feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
