Online Webinar via Zoom @ 10am
10:00am - 12:00am

M.A.D (Make A Difference) about your Mental Health

Presented by Horizons Coaching in partnership with Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire Growth Hub, this session will provide an understanding and some self-help tips on managing and improving mental health, wellbeing and resilience both in and outside of the workplace.

Through this session you will gain an understanding of how the pandemic has impacted mental health and learn to recognise some of the warning symptoms of declining mental health, how to take control and know what to do to help yourselves and your staff.

The webinar will create an awareness of how negative feelings such worry and fear can affect your health and how to use these emotions to motivate yourselves by adapting a different mindset. Delegates will be exposed to some simple, yet cutting edge concepts in areas of positivity and emotional intelligence, through the use of communication and the impact of words. Our language can be very powerful and positive, but our self-talk can be negative and thus damaging.  Easy to use tips and techniques are provided which can be implemented immediately in the workplace. There will also be an opportunity for a Q&A session with Helen.
