Join us at Commerce House from 10am on 5 April as we explore the intricacies of grievance scenarios, outlining what constitutes a grievance and the grievance procedure – from the initial receipt of the letter to the resolution of the process.
The use of both informal and formal processes will be examined, with guidance on when it is appropriate to apply each.
By the end of the session, participants will gain the ability to identify and understand what constitutes a grievance. They will be well-versed in the key steps within the grievance procedure, able to differentiate between formal and informal processes, and proficient in establishing facts through an effective investigation process.
