BayNel is an independent specialist sustainability strategy consultancy working with businesses of all sizes providing a range of services including sustainability insights, strategy, communications, issue management and retained support. Founded by Rachel and Lucy, they pride themselves on being trusted advisors to both public and privately owned businesses together with NGO’s, charities and social enterprises.
Rachel Woolliscroft
With over 20 years of experience of developing and implementing award winning sustainability and ESG strategies across a range of sectors, including built environment, manufacturing, automotive and technology sectors.
Board advisor to three social enterprises and currently undertaking a Masters in Strategic Leadership & Finance.
Lucy Boreham
Over 10 year’s experience of working in the sustainability field across a range of sectors including built environment, financial services, pharmaceutical and automotive.
Extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, materiality, strategy development and implementation, communications, and marketing.
Member of the advisory Board for Elbow Beach Capital a private investment company focused on decarbonization, sustainable energy and social impact businesses.
