The Growth Hub is working in partnership with customer experience consultancy Delta Swan to deliver this 2.5 hour-long online session. A continuation from the ‘Customer experience for founders’ workshop, the Value Propositions workshop focuses on how customer experience management (CXM) is used to deliver your business’ value proposition.
Topics include understanding the difference between CXM and marketing, learning about value propositions and how to use them effectively, and looking at the importance of different perspectives within consumer engagement.
