Join Stoke on Trent & Staffordshire Growth Hub for a webinar hosted by All 3 Circles on ‘Using Lean Principles to drive Business Competitiveness in the New Normal’

The goal is to make business aware of how Lean Principles can be used to increase competitiveness in these difficult and challenging times.

All 3 Circles will be exploring the new demands of customers and how Lean Principles can be deployed to help a business become better than its competitors. There will also be a focus on how these principles can be used to increase diversification. Through sharing some real-world examples, this will show just how Lean Principles can help a business increase its competitiveness.

A small sample of material will also be provided to help businesses take some initial steps and contact details of where help can be found in the region will be shared with the attendees.

Suzanne Quinn, from Stoke-on-Trent & Staffordshire Skills Hub, will be joining this webinar to inform delegates of the bank of training providers they have that can help to upskill your workforce in a range of areas, and the grant funding they offer towards this.
