Workshop: Build a stronger business in 2026 (Part 1)

Workshop: Build a stronger business in 2026 (Part 1)

January 22, 2026
Shire House, Birmingham Roa, Lichfield, WS14 9BW
10:00am - 12:00pm
Part 1 of a two-part workshop for Staffordshire business owners planning their next phase of growth.

Across two mornings in January, you’ll step away from the day-to-day and spend time reflecting on your business, sharing what’s working (and what isn’t) and thinking clearly about what you want the next few years to look like.

The sessions are led by Clare Harford, an experienced business mentor who’s known for creating open, supportive spaces where people can talk honestly and leave with practical ideas they can actually use.

This isn’t a talk or a presentation – it’s a guided conversation with other business owners who are at a similar stage and facing similar challenges.

What you’ll come away with:

  • A clearer sense of direction for 2026 and beyond
  • Practical next steps, not just ideas
  • Reassurance that you’re not the only one facing certain challenges
  • Fresh thinking from hearing how others run their businesses
  • New connections with like-minded business owners in Staffordshire

Who should attend:

This event is for

  • Businesses that have been trading 2–5 years
  • Owners who are thinking seriously about growth
  • Sole traders, partners or small teams
  • Businesses based anywhere in Staffordshire

Up to two people per business are welcome.

Please note:

  • This is a two-session workshop
  • You’ll need to attend both dates to get the full benefit
  • Places are limited – so book quickly
